Caravella Lemontini
Caravella Limontini
For one cocktail:
• 1 ounce vanilla vodka.
• ½ ounce Caravella Limoncello.
• 1 ½ ounce pomegranate juice.
• Squeeze of lime.
- Place all ingredients into a martini shaker along with several cubes of ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a martini glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Note: Orange-flavored vodka can be substituted for the vanilla vodka.

This martini combines the tempting flavors of pomegranate with Cointreau and lime juices. This is the perfect cocktail to enjoy while spring entertaining, or out for the evening.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Pearl Vodka
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. Pomegranate juice/syrup
• Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- Directions: Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Dress your Pomtini further by adding three pomegranate seeds.

Makes 8 drinks! •12 ounces orange vodka •8 ounces peach schnapps •8 ounces orange juice •Ice •8 ounces chilled Sprite - In a pitcher, combine the vodka, schnapps and orange juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Stir and pour into 8 ice-filled glasses. Top each drink with 1 ounce of Sprite.

• 1 Bottle dry white wine, such as Vinho Verde or Pinot Grigio • 1 cup fresh orange juice • juice of two limes • 10 Strawberries, thickly sliced (optional) • Orange and lime slices • 1 1/2 cups sparkling sweet cider • Ice - In a large glass pitcher, combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside to macerate for 15 minutes. Just before serving, add the sparkling cider and ice. Stir well and serve at once.

Minted Hot Chocolate
•1 Quart of milk •6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate •9 ounces peppermint schnapps - Heat 1 cup milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate, stirring constantly, until melted. When the chocolate has melted, increase the heat to medium and add the remainder of the milk while whisking rapidly. Do not allow mixture to boil. •Add 1 ounce peppermint schnapps to each mug. Pour hot chocolate mixture into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a mini candy cane or peppermint stick to each mug before serving. Enjoy!

Lava Flows Pina Colada
•2 cups frozen sliced strawberries in juice, defrosted •2 cans coconut milk drink mix •2 cups pineapple juice •6 shots coconut rum or light rum •Ice - Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth. Place 1/2 cup strawberry puree in the bottom of 4 hurricane glasses. Rinse blender. Place remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour pina coladas on top of strawberries. The strawberry puree will run up through the pina colada, making a lava flow effect.
