Caravella Limontini For one cocktail: • 1 ounce vanilla vodka. • ½ ounce Caravella Limoncello. • 1 ½ ounce pomegranate juice. • Squeeze of lime. - Place all ingredients into a martini shaker along with several cubes of ice. Orange Fizz
Makes 8 drinks! •12 ounces orange vodka •8 ounces peach schnapps •8 ounces orange juice •Ice •8 ounces chilled Sprite - In a pitcher, combine the vodka, schnapps and orange juice. White Wine and Sparkling Cider Sangria
• 1 Bottle dry white wine, such as Vinho Verde or Pinot Grigio • 1 cup fresh orange juice • juice of two limes • 10 Strawberries, thickly sliced (optional) • Orange and lime slices • 1 1/2 cups sparkling sweet cider • Ice - In a large glass pitcher, combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside to macerate for 15 minutes. Hot Buttered Rum
• 1 lb. dark brown sugar • 1/2 lb. butter • 1 tsp. nutmeg • 1 tsp. cinnamon • 1 tsp. ground cloves • 1 tsp. cardamon - Blend all ingredients until creamy. For each serving combine 2 oz. dark rum like Myer's or Cruzan Blackstrap, 2 Tablespoons batter and 6 oz. hot water in a mug and stir. Makes about 20 servings.    View/Print

•1 gallon orange juice •1 cup brown sugar •1/2 tsp cinnamon •1/2 tsp cloves •1/2 tsp nutmeg •1 Bottle Biltmore Cabernet Sauvignon - Combine orange juice, brown sugar, and spices and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add wine. Serve with a cinnamon stick.    View/Print
Minted Hot Chocolate
•1 Quart of milk •6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate •9 ounces peppermint schnapps - Heat 1 cup milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate, stirring constantly, until melted. When the chocolate has melted, increase the heat to medium and add the remainder of the milk while whisking rapidly. Do not allow mixture to boil. •Add 1 ounce peppermint schnapps to each mug. Pour hot chocolate mixture into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a mini candy cane or peppermint stick to each mug before serving. Enjoy!    View/Print
Lava Flows Pina Colada
•2 cups frozen sliced strawberries in juice, defrosted •2 cans coconut milk drink mix •2 cups pineapple juice •6 shots coconut rum or light rum •Ice - Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth. Place 1/2 cup strawberry puree in the bottom of 4 hurricane glasses. Rinse blender. Place remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour pina coladas on top of strawberries. The strawberry puree will run up through the pina colada, making a lava flow effect.    View/Print

Cran-Apple martini
•3/4 oz. sour apple pucker liqueur •1/4 cup cranberry juice •2 oz. Absolut Vodka - In an ice-filled shaker, combine the sour apple pucker liqueur, cranberry juice, and vodka. Close the shaker. Shake hard for ten seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Optional: Garnish with a few dried cranberries and a very thin granny smith apple slice.    View/Print
